BRD provides a wide range of therapeutic solutions. Following this training, attendees will have a comprehensive understanding of the crescendo of noninvasive chemical treatments and minimally invasive restorative techniques. Applications will cover localized but also generalized problems. The curriculum will start with a brief description of vital bleaching, micro- and mega-abrasion, resin-infiltration, non-vital bleaching and fragment reattachment. It will be followed by the focus of the course and hands-on material, that is the direct composite resin veneer. It includes a progressive hands-on approach to composite resin layering, form, surface texture and polishing using the most advanced materials and shade matching technique. After the making of a full tooth with the bio-replica technique, both the freehand and the histo-anatomic natural layering technique (wax-up and silicon index) will be demonstrated and practiced.Â
Who should attend? New and experienced dentists and extended function dental assistants.
